Job Description
Seeking Office Manager/Collector:
Medical Associates of Idaho is one of the leading providers of Drug and alcohol testing in Canyon County. We provide pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and personal drug and alcohol testing. We also provide DNA testing, hair follicle testing, as well as blood work and background checks. We are seeking someone who has a strong attention to detail, ability to communicate with clients and employees, must be punctual, and experience is a plus. We are looking to hire immediately for this position. Training and certification will be provided upon hire.
Responsibilities:
- Perform drug and alcohol testing
- DNA Testing
- Hair Follicle Testing
- Signing accounts for potential business's
- Scheduling
- Familiarity and experience with Quick-book
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
- Ability to answer phones, emails, and faxes promptly
- Follows all company procedures and protocols
- Ability to multitask
- Work Independently
- Ability to access and enter information into software database
- Ability to communicate effectively with others through a variety of methods
- Market business
No experience required, but is a plus.
Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
