Job Overview
Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico is seeking a Medical Supply Tech. This position will work with the Materials Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure all needed materials are stocked and ready for use. Additionally, Medical Supply Techs serve as a liaison between Materials Management and other teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels of medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock is maintained at all times.
- Stock patient rooms, nursing stations, treatment rooms, and janitor closet
- Process supply requests in a prompt, cooperative, and efficient manner
- Biohazard and sharps disposal
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies or shortages and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand supply needs and ensure timely delivery of items.
- Assist in the sterile processing of instruments and equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for all supplies, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist Materials Manager in ordering supplies and sourcing best prices
- Assist Materials Manager with other tasks as directed
Requirements

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
