Essential Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in an independent, physician-owned medical practice.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build and support effective teams.
Excellent follow-through, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in managing daily operations, resolving conflicts, and navigating staff and patient interactions.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and HIPAA regulations.

Ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Oversight : Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and resolving challenges.

Team Management : Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and evaluate staff, creating a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Collaboration : Actively partner with MedMan’s Client Services Delivery Team to achieve practice goals and ensure success.

Policy Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.

Workforce Planning : Prioritize, evaluate, and adapt work activities to maintain appropriate staffing and efficient workflows.

Professional Development : Stay current with healthcare practices and trends through ongoing learning and development.

Vendor and Inventory Management : Negotiate with vendors and manage office supply inventory.

Conflict Resolution : Handle disputes involving patients and staff with professionalism and tact.

Compliance and Quality : Uphold policies, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain patient confidentiality.

Additional Duties : Perform other related tasks as directed to support the clinic’s success.

Minimum Requirements

Two or more years of leadership experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting.

Demonstrated ability to implement systems, manage staff, and improve processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHRs.
