Essential Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in an independent, physician-owned medical practice.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build and support effective teams.
• Excellent follow-through, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in managing daily operations, resolving conflicts, and navigating staff and patient interactions.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and HIPAA regulations.

• Ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and resolving challenges.
• Team Management: Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and evaluate staff, creating a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Collaboration: Actively partner with MedMan’s Client Services Delivery Team to achieve practice goals and ensure success.
• Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
• Workforce Planning: Prioritize, evaluate, and adapt work activities to maintain appropriate staffing and efficient workflows.
• Professional Development: Stay current with healthcare practices and trends through ongoing learning and development.
• Vendor and Inventory Management: Negotiate with vendors and manage office supply inventory.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes involving patients and staff with professionalism and tact.
• Compliance and Quality: Uphold policies, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as directed to support the clinic’s success.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Two or more years of leadership experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting.
• Demonstrated ability to implement systems, manage staff, and improve processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHRs.
