Essential Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in an independent, physician-owned medical practice.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build and support effective teams.
- Excellent follow-through, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing daily operations, resolving conflicts, and navigating staff and patient interactions.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and HIPAA regulations.

- Ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and resolving challenges.

- Collaboration: Actively partner with MedMan’s Client Services Delivery Team to achieve practice goals and ensure success.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
- Workforce Planning: Prioritize, evaluate, and adapt work activities to maintain appropriate staffing and efficient workflows.
- Professional Development: Stay current with healthcare practices and trends through ongoing learning and development.
- Vendor and Inventory Management: Negotiate with vendors and manage office supply inventory.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes involving patients and staff with professionalism and tact.
- Compliance and Quality: Uphold policies, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as directed to support the clinic’s success.
