Medical Positioning Inc is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to support our sales initiatives by prospecting and generating qualified sales leads.
Medical Positioning Inc, an Altimate Medical Holdings Inc company, designs and manufactures medical equipment. We revolutionized the specialty imaging table market by introducing ergonomic patient access windows aimed at reducing repetitive stress injury and designing tables for optimum positioning and improved imaging results.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads by providing product information to customers in a timely and professional manner via phone, email and video conferencing, driving pipeline and growing the MPI customer base.
- Collaborate with Territory Executives and sales team management to drive and implement national strategies.
- Support national sales goals by accurately identifying key decision makers.
- Follow call flow / budgeting guideline based upon system performance, budget cycles and fiscal planning provided by management.
- Update CRM with required data including : customers are currently using, services offered, account Health System relationships and management hierarchy
- Update key account fields for contacted accounts, including site information, GPO affiliation, fiscal months, planning timelines and health system structure.
- Collect and document end-user feedback and possible design solutions via CRM.
- Consistently review and understand performance metric dashboards with management
- Achieve proficient baseline knowledge of all trained product lines, recognizing opportunity and need within sales process
Your Development
Our Business Development program is designed for highly motivated, results driven professionals, looking to accelerate their knowledge and real-world experience. As an integral part of our growing sales team, you will work closely with partner Territory Executives and leadership, utilizing a consultative selling approach and mastering MPI solutions. Your work as a business development representative prepares you for sales roles within the organization.
Your first weeks will consist of training on the products and getting to know your colleagues and the company. You will be working in the office as you train. Once competency has been demonstrated, you may have the option of working from home up to 16 hours per week (generally Mondays & Fridays).
