We're seeking a skilled travel nurse RN long term care to join our team. This is a 12 hour shift position with 36 hours per week, and pay package is based on shifts worked (subject to confirmation). The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a current RN license, experience working in long term care settings, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, as well as having a strong sense of empathy and compassion for patients and families.
