• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long term care or a related field
• Current BLS certification
