Practice/Office Manager

Position Overview:
As the Practice Manager, you will be an influential force behind the success of our practice. You will oversee daily operations, lead our team, and implement strategies to grow our patient base and enhance our community presence. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a thriving orthopaedic practice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

·        Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

·        Marketing & Outreach: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our services, build partnerships with local healthcare providers, and engage with the community.

·        Patient Experience: Maintain the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction across all service lines.

·        Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen the practice’s reputation in the community.

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in healthcare practice management or a similar role.

·        Strong background in marketing and/or experience in one or more of the following service lines: orthopaedic urgent care, telehealth, physical therapy, or regenerative orthopaedics.

·        Knowledge of eClinicalWorks (ECW) is a bonus.

·        Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

·        Knowledge of healthcare regulations and billing practices is preferred.
