Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer phones and route calls to specific people.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Answer general inquiries about the company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Schedule and arrange meetings.
- Ensure the office area is clean.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
- Coordinate shipments to and from the office.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Send emails.
- Update appointment calendars.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.
- Manage office supply inventory.
- Assist with catering company breakfasts and lunches
- Perform general administrative duties (data entry, copying, filing, etc).
- Ideally 2 years reception experience
- Comfort and ease professionally communicating on the phone or in-person
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Base salary paid leave
- A 8 AM - 5 PM workday Monday through Thursday and 8 AM til 2 PM on Friday
