Job Summary:
The Dental Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our dental products exclusively to dental practices in Southern California. This role requires demonstrated success in dental sales, in-depth knowledge of dental products and practice operations, and the ability to educate and support dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of dental office accounts to drive sales of dental supplies and equipment
- Leverage existing relationships and develop new connections within the dental community to expand market share
- Conduct in-person product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings for dental teams to increase product adoption and loyalty
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to dental offices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Attend dental trade shows, conferences, and local events to promote products and network with dental professionals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and execute growth initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct dental sales experience (supplies, equipment, or services) is required
- Strong knowledge of dental products, procedures, and practice operations
- Documented success in B2B dental sales, with the ability to close deals and grow accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with dental professionals
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage a territory independently
- Proficient with CRM software, Computer, and sales technology
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Southern California
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (not required but a plus)
- Existing relationships with dental offices in Southern California
- Experience with capital equipment sales or dental technology is a plus
