Here are the essential expectations for this position:
· You must work cooperatively as part of a team to accomplish the stated goals of the business.
· You must be able to Multitask. That means performing multiple activities all at once, including listening while thinking, speaking, and typing. You’ll need to communicate professionally with incoming callers and sales agents that demonstrate your knowledge and confidence in the Medicare process.
· You must set a tone of confidence, trust and caring on the phone: You must communicate with empathy and warmth so you can elicit sensitive information from the client you are speaking with.
· And you will be the admin partner for the sales agents: You will handle everything that is not sales-related such as scheduling calls and answering questions that can be answered without an insurance license. Communication to the sales agents must be accurate and complete so that the information you pass on to the salesperson is accurate and complete.

Daily activities: This is what you will learn and will be required to do on a daily basis in order to succeed in this role:
· Answer the phone with a great phone presence and positive attitude
· Schedule appointments for sales agents
· Interact with insurance companies, sales agents and clients daily
· Process policy approvals
· Enter quote requests that are submitted on-line
· Enter rate-increases when received from insurance companies
Requirements: Previous office experience is required. Experience with MS Office 365. Professional telephone presence.
Compensation:
We pay an hourly wage based on experience, ranging from $17 / hr. to $19 /hr., plus annual bonuses based on team performance. Benefits include paid time off, healthcare, and a 401(k).
