What You’ll Do :
- Conduct medical history interviews and physical evaluations to determine donor eligibility.
- Perform phlebotomy and ensure compliance with donation standards and safety protocols.
- Provide donor education and health counseling.
- Respond to donor incidents, such as adverse reactions, with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the quality and regulatory teams to maintain compliance with SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
- Aid in mobilization programs and support operational improvement initiatives.
