Position Summary:
As a Distribution Sales Executive, you'll spearhead our channel growth strategy, building and nurturing partnerships that amplify our market presence in the healthcare compliance solutions space. This role combines strategic relationship management with technical sales expertise, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential distributor partners within the healthcare IT and SaaS space.
- Revenue Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets through distributor partnerships, focusing on healthcare software and service solutions.
- Partner Relationship Excellence: Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key distributor partners, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Comprehensive Partner Enablement: Deliver in-depth training, ongoing support, and sales enablement resources to ensure partners are fully equipped to promote and sell our solutions.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis, monitor competitor activity, and leverage customer data to identify growth opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies within the healthcare technology landscape.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Tracking & Forecasting: Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline activities, and partner engagement metrics to optimize sales execution and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Lead the negotiation and management of partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in partner development, distribution management, or related sales roles within healthcare IT, SaaS, compliance solutions, or similar industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets, close complex deals, and build strategic partnerships.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to engage, educate, and drive results through distributor partnerships.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly grasp and articulate the value of complex software and service solutions.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales forecasting tools. Experience with EOS is a plus.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to analyze data, and create a strategic plan of action.
