MedPro Disposal keeps the healthcare industry safe and compliant so they can focus on patient care. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaboration with Director of Operations: Work closely with the Director of Operations to oversee and optimize daily business operations. 

• Mailback Program Management: Oversee the fulfillment process for the mailback program in partnership with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, handling fulfillment, tracking, troubleshooting, and reporting. 

• Policy Enforcement: Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to by route drivers, maintaining operational standards. 

• Routing and Dispatching: Manage the routing and dispatching of local operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. 

• Driver Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for route drivers, providing guidance and support to improve performance and efficiency. 

• Customer and Vendor Support: Assist in setting up new customers and maintaining clear communication with vendors. Respond to inquiries and emails from customers and vendors in a timely manner. 

• Vehicle Operation: Operate a company vehicle to pick up medical waste from customer locations, as needed, ensuring safe and compliant transport. 

Qualifications: 

• Business Experience: Previous experience in a business work environment is preferred. 

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry practices and market trends is a plus. 

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, customers, and vendors. 

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. 

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of tasks and compliance with policies. 

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 

Experience: 

• • At least 1 year of route dispatch and/or warehouse experience preferred. 

• Minimum of 2 years of truck or commercial van driving experience with a clean driving record. 

• Professional Appearance: Adhere to a professional, but casual dress code. 

• Work Schedule: Availability to work a 5-day shift, including Saturdays when necessary. 

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. 

• Screening: Must pass pre-employment screening. 

Job Type:Full-time 

Pay: $44,000 per year
