Medway Country Manor is seeking an experienced BOM for a 120 bed skilled nursing facility. Knowledge assisting families with Medicaid applications, disability applications and collections is also required. Preference given to someone with experience in human resources as well.

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial in supporting our team and enhancing productivity through effective schedule management and office organization.

Duties

  • Manage office operations, including clerical tasks, filing, and administrative support to ensure efficiency.
  • Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal communications, fostering a positive office environment.
  • Maintain aging report with collections, have a high return on collections and have a positive demeaner yet productive outcome for collections.
  • Oversee accounts payable.
  • Familiar with Medicare tracking, insurance authorizations and triple check.
  • Preference to someone familiar with the admissions process.
  • Assertive and confident in the typical SNF business office duties.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management.
  • Strong schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with human resources processes is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
  • Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
