Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychotherapy and behavioral health, with a focus on providing high-quality clinical counseling services. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children and adolescents, and requires expertise in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction counseling. The selected individual will play a crucial role in patient assessment, treatment planning, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy and clinical counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, including cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field of social work and behavioral health.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Proven experience in clinical counseling, preferably within pediatric or addiction counseling settings.
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Familiarity with systems theory and its application in clinical practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
