Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy and clinical counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, including cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Proven experience in clinical counseling, preferably within pediatric or addiction counseling settings.
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Familiarity with systems theory and its application in clinical practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
