Job Summary :
The Recruitment Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact and coordinator for scheduling. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process for both the business and candidates, with a focus on providing a high-touch candidate experience. The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with the functional administrative team to plan and execute the "day of interview" experience, including coordinating schedules, travel, interview logistics, and ensuring that both candidates and interview teams are well-prepared and informed.
Responsibilities :
- Support the recruitment team and functional teams in a high-volume, high-touch, full lifecycle recruiting environment.
- Manage complex candidate scheduling using Outlook, Teams, and Workday, ensuring that all logistics are streamlined and organized.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including booking transportation, lodging, and managing travel reimbursements, as needed for on-site interviews.
- Plan and coordinate multi-tiered, full-day on-site interview agendas, reserving appropriate room space, arranging meals (lunch or dinner), and organizing local tours for candidates considering relocation.
- Generate and distribute feedback forms in Workday and ensure the interview team and candidates receive all pertinent information ahead of time.
- Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates, maintaining consistent communication, responsiveness, and support throughout the recruiting process, ensuring high engagement and a positive overall experience.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates on interview day, ensuring that all interview-day logistics are well-executed and that the experience is smooth and professional.
