Primary focus will be on assisting with onboarding processes and employee benefits enrollments and changes, as well as the day-to-day operations of the department. Assist in organizing and coordinating the companies HR policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Intern Pay Range - Hourly Position
$15 — $15 USD
POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary focus will be on assisting with onboarding processes and employee benefits enrollments and changes, as well as the day-to-day operations of the department. Assist in organizing and coordinating the companies HR policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms, arranging meetings, taking notes, filing, and completing miscellaneous research and collecting all other information as requested.
- Ensure Personnel data and statistics are efficiently recorded, stored, and retrieved as appropriate, reporting functions are completed accurately and timely, and in accordance with established policies and federal and state regulations.
- Ensures that Human Resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
- Ensures that Human Resources information and records are accurately recorded, cross-checked, and maintained.
- Assists in maintaining the Human Resources database, filing system, and employee records and files, ensuring records are up-to-date by handling changes in employee status and employee requests promptly.
- Assists with maintaining employee lists and other related documents.
- Assists with onboarding new employee informational packets and files.
- Assists with maintaining an employee-orientated company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Projects a high level of professionalism while always maintaining confidentiality of Company and employee information.
- Experience with MS Office
- BS in Human Resources Management or similar field (in school or completed)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized, accurate, thorough, and attentive to details.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to produce accurate and well represented e-mails, documents, and reports..
- Strong typing and computer skills, knowledge of all related computer applications.
- Able to multi-task and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn quick, analyze situations and make decisions which support the ongoing success of MegaCorp companies.
