Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated In-House Recruiter with a strong background in sales and residential construction to join our team. This role involves identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our growing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for the construction industry, exceptional cold-calling skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for roles in residential construction.
- Cold Calling: Proactively engage passive candidates through cold calls, networking, and industry contacts to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific forums.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms, to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with project timelines.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through networking, social media presence, and relationship building.
Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in residential construction or a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to cold call and engage passive candidates effectively.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software, preferably Paycom ATS
- Knowledge of construction roles and industry-specific qualifications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $100,000
