- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in shift management or assistant manager role in the food service or hospitality industry
