What You Will Do
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the Children's OR, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.
You will collaborate with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes
- Participating in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service
- Serving as a resource person for staff and modeling a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values
Estimated salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year
