Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, a member of the Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) family, is seeking an experienced and motivated Data Analyst – Finance and Operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting analysis and operational needs across the organization, including data analytics, dashboard building, KPI modeling, and root cause analysis.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in providing actionable recommendations to leadership, ensuring our business runs efficiently, and contributing to our company’s growth.
What You DO:
- Review, audit, and summarize financial and operational data to create clear, concise executive summaries and presentations.
- Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools to assist leadership in managing KPIs and making informed decisions.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to management.
- Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Review large data sets to find the root cause of performance trends and indicators.
- Collaborate with business partners to gain an in-depth understanding of processes, challenges, and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.
- Manage analysis and data projects and provide status updates.
- Understand back-end data and how it interacts with relevant databases.
What You BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or higher, preferably).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must have knowledge of SQL with strong analytical skills.
- Must have strong understanding of Python for data analysis and process automation.
- Must have Salesforce experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, VLOOKUP, Macros, and pivot tables.
- Experience with Tableau and/or other reporting/visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Self-motivated team player who can succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
