Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia and geriatric care, and a nursing background is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of 18 older adults residing in 3 different locations within a mile of each other.
Duties
- Accept responsibility for administrative tasks within the organization
- Work closely with residents and their families.
- Oversee medication administration policy and training.
- Collaborate with outside vendors like: Attending Physicians, Home Health, and Pharmacy.
- Hire, Train, and schedule employees shifts.
- Manage documentation and records related to LARA AFC requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in Assisted Living, AFC, or SNF.
- Familiarity with geriatric care and dementia care for older adults.
- Ability to work effectively with residents their family, employees and vendors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Preferably to reside in the Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, or Saline area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (Preferred)
- Care plans: 1 year (Required)
- Geriatrics: 1 year (Required)
- RN or LPN (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
- Ypsilanti, MI 48197: Relocate before starting work (Required)
