Primary Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements
- Analyze bank fees and invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate and correct over/short, missing deposits, and other issues
- Journal voucher creation and entry into General Ledger
- Work with returned check collections and reconciling
- Work with credit card charge backs, retrievals, reconciling, and problem resolution
- General banking related duties as assigned
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Additional office/bookkeeping training or education a plus
- Must be organized and able to set priorities
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to work with store and other office personnel
