Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office.
- Schedule appointments and cross cover the front desk.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and coordinate communication between patients and medical staff.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Verify insurance information and process billing as needed.
- Assist with general office tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
2. Clinical Duties:
- Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician.
- Record vital signs, medical history, and other relevant patient information.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Clear, clean and autoclave equipment. Clear and clean patient exam rooms.
