Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, with a focus on providing excellent support to our Mac OS users. You will also support with help desk inquiries, ensure prompt resolution of technical issues and proactive support across the organization.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain Mac OS systems, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on Mac OS platforms.
- Respond to help desk tickets and support requests from end-users in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and proactive maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and security.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve escalated issues and implement solutions.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including user access control and data protection measures on Mac OS devices.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to maintain an accurate inventory and knowledge base.
- Stay current with Mac OS updates, trends, and technologies to provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.
