We are seeking to fill the position of Customer Services Manager at our store in Eau Claire , WI. The customer services manager ensures prompt, friendly, courteous customer service, accurate cash handling and store security, in order to meet objectives for sales, labor, productivity, and cash accountability, and our Ends statement, which is to be central to thriving, healthy communities

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our shoppers, making customers’ needs the priority whenever on the sales floor or answering the phone.
- Select, train, develop, mentor, and coach the Customer Services department in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
- Model supportive and participatory leadership; promote team building within the staff.
- Ensure accuracy and security of all cash received, uphold money-handling procedures, check cashier deposit paperwork and give feedback to cashiers.
- Maintain schedules to ensure proper coverage for the Customer Services department.
Desired Work Experience
- 2 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success developing high-performance teams
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Experience in a cash handling position such as cashier or bank teller.
- Willingness and ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the job.
