Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Building
- Oversee and provide strategic direction to a multi-disciplinary marketing team, including media buyers, digital SEO/PPC specialists, creative directors, and call center staff.
- Work with Legal to ensure our marketing department is compliant with all federal and state regulations
- Evaluate, hire, train, and mentor team members to ensure top performance and alignment with company goals.
- Recruit and onboard a Call Center Director to build and scale an efficient appointment-booking operation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across all marketing functions.
- Media Buying Oversight
- Supervise the media buyer responsible for negotiating and optimizing Radio and TV campaigns across multiple clinics in various markets.
- Ensure cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI and align with brand objectives.
- Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee the Google Digital SEO/PPC team managing campaigns for multiple clinics across diverse markets.
- Oversee the Digital Marketing efforts including social marketing
- Evaluate Marketing Trends and potential sources of advertisement
- Drive strategies to improve organic search rankings, paid ad performance, and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement the latest tools and tactics to enhance digital effectiveness.
- Creative Direction
- Collaborate with the in-house Creative Director to ensure social media, SEO, PPC, and Radio/TV content is impactful, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
- Provide guidance on content development and production to support multi-channel marketing efforts.
- Call Center Development
- Build and scale the call center operation by hiring a Call Center Director and supporting the development of a high-performing team.
- Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and customer experience to optimize appointment booking processes.
- Strategic Growth & Scaling
- Assess current marketing operations and implement strategies to high efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the latest marketing tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive results.
- Develop a roadmap to potentially spin off the in-house marketing department into its own standalone brand.
- Hands-On Execution
- Roll up your sleeves in the early stages to learn the business—reviewing campaigns, listening to call center recordings, and analyzing performance data.
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability for all team members.
- Reporting & Accountability
- Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on team performance, campaign results, and strategic initiatives.
- Create a system of accountability for the media buyer, digital team, creative director, and call center staff to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven expertise in direct response marketing, with a track record of scaling campaigns and teams.
- Strong understanding of Radio/TV media buying, Google SEO/PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams across diverse functions.
- Hands-on leader comfortable with grunt work (e.g., reviewing calls, analyzing data) while maintaining a strategic vision.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Base Salary
- Range: $111,000- $125,000 annually
Performance Bonus
- Annual Bonus: Up to 30% of base salary
- Metrics:
- Increase in marketing ROI (e.g., cost per lead, cost per appointment) by 20% within the first year.
- Successful hiring and onboarding of a Call Center Director within 6 months.
- Achievement of specific revenue or appointment-booking targets (to be set with CEO).
- Improvement in team efficiency and campaign effectiveness (e.g., moving from 50% to 80% effectiveness).
