What You'll Do:
- Be the Backbone of Operations: Manage HUD project files, from contracts to legal documents, ensuring smooth operations.
- Crunch Numbers with Impact: Handle accounts payable/receivable, rental collections, HUD billings, and year-end financial prep.
- Prepare for Success: Assist in audits, compile vital reports, and ensure compliance with HUD requirements.
- Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Reconcile ledgers, track inventory, and keep our financial systems running seamlessly.
- Collaborate to Create Solutions: Work closely with the Housing Division Manager to adapt and innovate.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least three years of accounting experience. Bonus if you’ve worked with QuickBooks or OneSite!
