- Be the Backbone of Operations : Manage HUD project files, from contracts to legal documents, ensuring smooth operations.
- Crunch Numbers with Impact : Handle accounts payable / receivable, rental collections, HUD billings, and year-end financial prep.
- Prepare for Success : Assist in audits, compile vital reports, and ensure compliance with HUD requirements.
- Problem-Solve Like a Pro : Reconcile ledgers, track inventory, and keep our financial systems running seamlessly.
- Collaborate to Create Solutions : Work closely with the Housing Division Manager to adapt and innovate.
