Menzies Financial is hiring an Operations and Systems Coordinator to oversee client account processing and technology implementation. You must be an independent and critical thinker, strong data entry skills with an eye for detail. Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically back-office operations, is highly preferred.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Process client service activities including creating new accounts and money movement requests.
. Manage standard operating procedures from project start to completion.
. Implement and manage interoffice technology platforms including managing CRM software.
· Ability to find success in a dynamic, deadline driven, and detailed compliance environment.
· Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
· See challenges as opportunities to provide a positive resolution and strengthen client relationships.
Qualification Requirements
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Experience providing operational support to Investment Advisors or 2 years of relevant experience in finance or technology preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel; experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is a plus.
Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and process paperwork efficiently and accurately.
