Job Title: Bookkeeper - Foundation ERP Experience
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in maintaining financial records, and, most importantly, proven experience using Foundation ERP software.
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, reconciliation of accounts, and the preparation of financial reports. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records within the Foundation ERP system.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Process and record invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Support the team with various tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
