Meraki Installers is currently seeking a Permitting Representative.
***This is a remote position***
The Permitting Representative acts as the project manager for all solar installations. Will help facilitate and effectively communicate all critical activities and associated communications with the installation process, including but not limited to scheduling, permitting, and other related duties.
Scope of work:
- Manage Salesforce CRM prioritization for providing prompt support and answers for customers and sales team members.

Manage and prioritize the permitting dashboard.

Answer questions and resolve issues in association with any permitting related issues.

Communicate effectively with the Jurisdictions in an efficient manner in order to submit and retrieve permits for solar installations.

Apply a detailed review of engineering plans to make sure all specifications fit with Jurisdictional guidelines in order to approve permits

Make daily detailed notes to effectively communicate updates for a project's permits.

Organize permit packets in preparation to submit to proper jurisdiction for customer’s installation.

Complete other duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year customer service experience
- One year processing experience
- Experience with permitting or inspection jurisdictions, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years’ experience in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Working knowledge of G-Suite, preferred

Salary : $30,900 - $39,200
