We need a results-driven individual with an aptitude for creating new business connections and maintain trusting relationships with customers by delivering meaningful and impactful results. With a base salary aggressive 10% commission model your ambition, and success directly impacts your earning potential! This in an uncapped commission role, therefore this individual's income could be well north of $100,000 by meeting and exceeding sales quota year one!

As an Agricultural Water Specialists in Fresno, CA you're responsible for researching potential clients, generating new leads and meeting new business sales goals. This dynamic role combines your marketing and customer service skills with your knowledge of our service, allowing you to help clients appropriately meet their needs. You generate leads, close deals, foster relationships, and follow up post-sale to turn prospects into long-term customers. Here's a closer look at your responsibilities:

• Generate leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present customized solutions.
• Build profitable connections within the agriculture space
• Present our products and services to growers and clearly articulate their value to demonstrate ROI and secure long-term customers.
• Stay informed on industry trends and customer pain points to effectively position Meras in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and measurables in Salesforce to ensure accessible and reliable information across departments.
• Attend sales meetings and collaborate with your team to continuously refine and elevate your marketing strategies
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

ARE YOU THE AGRICULTURAL WATER SPECIALIST WE NEED?

• Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, demonstrating the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies for effectively promoting and selling products and services
• Deliver exceptional customer service, earning positive client feedback and reinforcing the company's reputation.
• Ability to remain positive and motivated in a competitive market
• Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel extensively within California's Central Valley

NICE TO HAVE

• College degree in a related field
• 5 years of agriculture or agricultural sales experience
