Serving the Gilbert area, we’re known for our successful sales and service team, and we’re on the lookout for dedicated, motivated individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives!
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with customers, this is the opportunity for you. Automotive BDC experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Hours of availability are Monday through Saturday. Must be available to work within those days.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls to recent service customers
- Respond to email inquiries in a professional, timely, and friendly manner
- Engage daily with customers via phone (similar to call center operations)
- Direct customers to product information resources, including online platforms
- Frequently check and respond to emails promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle objections confidently over the phone
- Call center experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Must work well within a team environment
- Work well being behind a computer all day
- Familiar and comfortable using a computer, Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new computer applications.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
