Job Overview:
Working in an international orientated, automotive driven development team, we offer insights in different working fields of electrical engineering. Team members get the possibility to work on E/E components. Analyze vehicle harnesses, digital network topologies or implement software releases during the ongoing ramp up. The intern will work in interdisciplinary teams ensuring functional suitability of the components. Close coordinating with adjoining departments such as assembly planning, quality, logistics and the development departments back in Germany will be daily work.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex diagnostic- and troubleshooting workshops during initial startup process for components, digital networks and telematics-/powertrain control units
- Analyze and check software functions and coding for different network units
- Track and coordinate change- and release-management with adjoining departments
- Participate in tests, trials of software releases, systems and modules
- Developing specification on a component level. Working and agreeing on fleet customers solutions and implementing those in a parametrical software environment
- Improve transparency of project-related action items
- Coordinate project steps within interdisciplinary work groups (assist in meetings)
- Create and present status/result reports
- Assist where needed by the department or other areas
- Create and present technical presentations for executives
- Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in electrical Engineering or relevant degree is required to participate in the intern program. Enthusiast in overall vehicle development. First practical experience preferable.
- All candidates should be available for a 6 months full time internship
- Applicants should be eager, driven, focused, hard-working individuals that are ready to assist a growing company with handling a complex multi-million dollar project. He or she should be willing to learn and be taught skills from experienced members of the team. The individual should be self-motivated and interested in adding value and making a difference within an organization.
