At Merchants Bank, we're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This full-time position will require 32 hours of work per week.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process various banking and financial transactions, and offer a range of banking products and services to meet our customers' needs.
A strong ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, and prioritize is essential for this role. Additionally, experience in sales and cash handling is required, with banking experience being a plus.
The working hours will vary between 7:15am - 5:15pm on Mondays through Thursdays, 7:15am - 5:45pm on Fridays, and include a Saturday morning rotation. Occasional shifts may take place at nearby branches.
