Overview
• Collaborating with a specific group of clients and navigating them timely from initial order through receipt of product and payment processing

Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing orders, transferring into B2B order template and adjusting formulas and ensuring proper formatting
- Corresponds with customer on promotional pricing requests and Food Show or Pre-booked items
- Collaborates with customer on pre-approval of initial order, buyers on stock validity and warehouse for expiration check on date-specific products
- Responsible for notification of quantity adjustments, out of stock or substitutions to ensure proper fill of container and allowing timely adjustment of order by customer
- Coordinates product delivery and billing and payment of product sold
- Provides support in problem resolution of order questions, billing and invoicing of product
- Provide communication connection between customer and order, scheduling appointments and troubleshooting concerns
- Maintain assigned customer files as required
- Compiles reports, email correspondence and communicates to vendors/customers as needed
- Communicates to customers any concerns with order fulfillment
- Notifies manager of all applicable billbacks impacting orders
- Support departments by communicating programs and services for both customers and potential customers
- Alerts appropriate departments on issues or concerns on behalf of customers and follows up with customer with findings and solutions
- Works closely with buyers to ensure available inventory
- Works with MTH to coordinate deliveries to FOB customers
- Collaborates with warehouse supervision to ensure best possible expiration date for customer
- May be required to perform other tasks as necessary
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years customer service experience required
- Intermediate to Advanced level of Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong sense of urgency with an acute attention to detail
