Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemical Biology or related field with 7-10 years of relevant industry experience
- Direct people management or scientific supervisory experience
- Formal training and hands-on experience in high-throughput analytical and bioanalytical methodologies
