Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Sales Enablement Operations Sr. Specialist is a strategic role supporting the Associate Director of Sales Enablement and the sales organization focused on enhancing salesforce productivity. This position helps identify and mitigate operational gaps and improve processes within the Companion Animal & Equine division of our company's Animal Health.The Sales Enablement Operations Sr. Specialist will develop and maintain solutions to ensure effective sales tools and processes, aligning sales operations and sales enablement efforts with the strategic goals set by senior leadership.Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales Enablement, this role collaborates with various departments to enhance performance, drive efficiencies, and improve revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse and multidisciplinary skill set as it relates to people, relationships, attention to detail, alongside strong leadership, and organizational capabilities. This role requires strategy, tactical and execution skills. The candidate must have the ability to conceptualize a strategic vision, translating complex ideas into actionable plans. The candidate must demonstrate a data-driven mindset and be technologically savvy, as the marketplace continues to undergo a rapid digital transformation. Additionally, the candidate will exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a comprehensive understanding of both the seller’s and buyer’s journey, enabling them to effectively navigate and positively influence outcomes.
