At Mercury Systems, we are seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development of new products and systems.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in project management, including defense and aerospace domains. You will be expected to lead the program from initiation through delivery, planning and directing schedules, and monitoring budget/spending.
You will interact with stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate project status, and develop relationships to ensure satisfaction while minimizing project risk. Additionally, you will develop project plans, risk mitigation plans, tasks, budget, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence is a plus.
