Assist and work closely with Mercy Community Capital (MCC) staff with daily activities, operations, and scheduling. Enter loan payments for both borrower and investor payments, work with Senior Loan Administrator to gather loan closing documents, set up loan closing transcripts, and oversight of committees and board. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply.
Pay: $26.44-33.66/hourly DOE

Duties:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail. Sort and distribute Mercy Community Capital electronic mailbox.
- Order division supplies and maintain a neat and orderly supply cabinet.
- Prepare and maintain contacts, calendars, and documents for the MCC team including converting documents to PDF, Annual State Filings, mass mailings, initial inquiries, and standard reports.
- Assist and schedule meetings including preparing minutes, travel, check requests, expense reports, gather necessary reports, and draft agendas.
- Assist with planning annual staff retreat and other team-building events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Public Administration, or related experience.
- Experience within a real estate company.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Meet deadlines. Handle many details and prioritize effectively. Flexible and adaptable to change. Work accurately, independently, under pressure, and with interruptions.
- Problem solve and resolve conflicts through negotiation.
