Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing the administrative function of setting objectives, planning, and directing activities of assigned department of responsibility.
The incumbent will assure standards of pharmacy practice and standards of patient care are consistently implemented throughout areas of responsibility, in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Mercy Hospital Ada.

- Assure standards of pharmacy practice and standards of patient care are consistently implemented throughout areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of practice experience required, including a minimum of 3 years in Pharmacy leadership.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher degree in pharmacy.
- Current pharmacist license from state(s) in which he/she practices.
- Past experiences must have demonstrated leadership ability, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to apply sound principles of management and supervision.
