GENERAL INFORMATION
The Intelligence Studies department within the School of Intelligence, Computing, & Global
Politics at Mercyhurst University is looking to expand its staff.
This applied program welcomes applicants from a variety of backgrounds who have experience
in Academia, Intelligence, Distance Learning, Strategic Planning, or related fields and are
capable of project management - from ideation to execution.
Prior experience working with intelligence professionals is highly recommended, but not
required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Further define and facilitate the develop and execution of graduate programming and
- Provide tactical and strategic plans for recruitment, advising, and manage professional
- Develop graduate course and professional services scheduling and logistics.
- Onboard new adjunct faculty.
- Foster engagement between online faculty and online students.
- Facilitate expert conversations.
- Establish program metrics.
- Assist in student mentoring through the development of employment and student
- Partner with Dir. of Operations for coordination of CIRAT projects and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires a Master’s Degree with 3 years of related work experience.

Salary : $47,200 - $59,800
