Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Member Services to join our team.
This critical role will establish goals and implement strategies to achieve best-in-class member experience, growth, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role is responsible for serving as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of eleven branch locations. The SVP of Member Services leads a group of branches to achieve organizational goals for sales, service, and operational excellence. They will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects. The SVP of Member Services directs and oversees credit union performance through managing the retail channels, promoting a sales and service culture through employee engagement, coaching, and guidance.
This position will be housed in our Administrative Offices located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
