We operate a small college-like campus in Fair Oaks that houses many of our students full-time.We are seeking a passionate and dependable individual who excels in a client-facing role and is motivated to help the client succeed. TheProgram Specialist will work with students in one-on-one and small-group instruction focused on workforce readiness. The Program Specialist is a role model and must be multi-talented and move with an unrelenting positive attitude to do what it takes to help the student excel in the workplace.

Status: Nonexempt, Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
(Some schedule flexibility is required to meet the student’s needs for on-site work training. This may involve adjusted start/end times and an occasional weekend.)

- Assist Meristem instructors in crafting, movement, culinary arts, performing arts, etc. as needed
- High school Diploma required - a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experienced in teaching and/or coaching – one year preferred
- Schedule flexibility to be on the job site with the student
- Proficient in Google Office (Email, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Drive)
- Valid California Driver’s License and current Insurance
- Ability to drive students to and from various locations using Meristem vehicles
- Familiarity with Neurodiversity, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and/or Developmental Disabilities
- Working knowledge of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to be physically active, including standing up to an hour at one time, walking up to a mile at one time, and/or lifting up to 50 lbs
