Join a California advocacy firm in Sacramento dedicated to public service and workforce development. We are seeking a proactive Workforce Development Program Specialist to support grant-funded initiatives through training coordination, meeting facilitation, and program execution. This contract to hire role offers a remote work arrangement with occasional onsite meetings in Sacramento. Pay : $34 / hour.
The qualified candidate will have at least three years of administrative or program support experience, high level meeting coordination and calendaring and exceptional interpersonal skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple calendars.
- Coordinate virtual and hybrid meetings, including logistics and setup.
- Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute summaries; ensure follow up on action items.
- Draft and edit documents, communications, and presentations (PowerPoint).
- Organize events related to workforce development initiatives.
