Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Our Customer Service Representatives are committed to Service, Efficiency and Safety.
This position will support our Pico Propane location in West Palm Beach, FL.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and serves as a liaison between customers and the company
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services
- Forwards customer questions and complaints to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
- Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
- Assist customers with filling propane cylinders at the bottle dock station
- Performs other related duties as assigned
