Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in Personal Lines Insurance is preferred, but we welcome candidates with relevant clerical experience as well. Increased compenstation for holding a NYS personal lines insurance license.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations.
