Our organization is responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of Meta People Group’s Compliance Risk Management program. We develop frameworks to ensure people’s compliance is at the center of our people - products, experiences and services, and that we’re complying with our regulatory obligations — all while maintaining Facebook’s core culture. We partner with teams across People Group, People Engineering, Employment and Privacy Legal teams to provide assurance of our policies, practices, and processes, and identify gaps; together with our partners we are building an industry-leading people compliance program.The Compliance Program Manager will join the Global Risk, Privacy, Compliance (GRPC) team to work across our key partners to lead workforce equity initiatives to scale our global program. Specifically, the experienced Compliance Program Manager will partner with GRPC Leadership to support the end-to-end design of our Workforce Equity Compliance function with the objective of scaling OFCCP, EEO in the US as well as similar Workforce Equity laws globally. The ideal person will have proven compliance risk management skills, program management, and a product mindset.

- Support the design, build and execution of industry leading first line of defense/second line of defense employment privacy risk management framework.
- Collaborate with key Legal, Privacy and HR business program and product owners define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams and respective leadership.
- Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
- Develop and own communication plans to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively and proactively to stakeholders.
- Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.
- Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure HR Compliance is not compromised.
- Manage relationships both internal and external to Meta People organization.
- Exercise excellent people skills, be a team player with a bias to action.
- Be motivated by the opportunity to solve complex HR risk problems within an operations environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years program management experience within a fast-moving tech environment
- Have working knowledge or willingness to quickly learn the content and requirements of various employment laws, regulations, industry guidance, and company compliance policies
- Demonstrate data analytical skills, creativity, and experience working with attention to detail
- Experience maintaining open, candid, and trusting work relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- First or Second line of defense risk management experience within a fast-moving tech environment
- Bachelor or advanced degree in the field of law, compliance, business administration
- Experience in management consultancy
